A building which will fit in wtih the historic nature of the area south ot the RR tracks along Highway N in the Village of Cottage Grove recently started. This area is the historic downtown area which is often refered to as Olde Town. The building will be constructed to appear to be three different buildingw with brick and stone to differentiate each section.

The building will have stores on the first floor. Several possible tenants include a sports pub, a bakery or ice cream store and a possible bike shop. The second and half of the third floor will have apartments. The balance of the third floor will have a rooftop garden for the use of the residents.

A connection from the Glacial Drumlin Trail head to the businesses will be included as well.
